Delete your Tunnel Field Engineer AI account

You can permanently delete your account and the data associated with it from the app, or request deletion without reinstalling the app.

Delete from the app

Open Tunnel Field Engineer AI and sign in.
Open your profile or account settings.
Select “Delete account” and confirm the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address linked to your account. Ask us to delete the whole account or identify the specific account data you want removed without closing it. We verify ownership before acting.

What the server deletes

Your authentication account, profile and profile avatar.
User-linked server records, including subscription entitlement, AI usage, reports, feedback and saved technical state.
User-linked collective-memory source or review records, where applicable. New collective-memory writes are disabled during the closed test.
Cases and their attachments are currently stored locally on your device, not as cloud case files. Delete them in the app, clear the app data or uninstall the app to remove those local copies.

Retention and subscriptions

In-app account deletion removes the account and linked server records as part of the confirmed request. Email requests are completed after ownership verification. Only records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may be retained for the necessary period; non-identifying cost and security aggregates may be retained for up to 24 months.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Stripe or Google Play subscription. Cancel it through the channel used for purchase before deleting the account.
