Terms of Use and Subscription
Rules for the professional use of Tunnel Field Engineer AI on Android and the Web.
1. Service
Tunnel Field Engineer AI provides AI-assisted technical support for tunnelling, mining, quarrying and associated installations, including troubleshooting, commissioning, spare parts, documentation, calculations, process operations and job search.
2. Users and accounts
The service is intended for adult professionals using it in connection with their trade, work or professional activity and having the necessary skills and authorisations. You are responsible for your account, device and credentials.
3. Engineering and safety limits
4. User content
You retain your rights in the text, photos, documents and files you submit and grant only the rights needed to host, analyse and process them to provide and secure the service. You must have the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, malicious or unauthorised confidential material or access secrets. Collective-memory contribution requires the consent presented in the app and may be minimised, de-identified, checked, rejected or withdrawn.
5. Subscriptions
Basic, Standard and Premium are monthly subscriptions. The final price, currency and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe; Android in-app subscriptions are processed by Google Play. One active subscription grants the same entitlement on the Web and Android, so you must not subscribe through both channels. The purchase channel handles billing, renewal, cancellation and any refund route under its rules and mandatory law.
Plans include transparent daily and monthly request limits and fair-use safeguards shown before purchase. Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not delete the account. Account deletion does not cancel a subscription; cancel through Stripe or Google Play first.
6. Prohibited use
You must not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, probe security, bulk-extract results, resell access, impersonate others, violate third-party rights or use the service to produce illegal or dangerous content.
7. External sources
Links, suppliers, jobs, prices, availability and external documents remain the responsibility of their publishers. Inclusion is not a guarantee, certification or commercial relationship. Verify identity, compatibility, currency and terms before ordering, applying or acting.
8. Availability and suspension
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance. An account may be limited or suspended for abuse, security risk, fraud, non-payment, breach of these terms or legal obligation. Where reasonable, the user is informed of the reason and a review route.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for decisions taken without appropriate verification, third-party content, indirect loss or use contrary to these terms. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
The app, brand, interface, software and publisher-owned content are protected. No rights are granted beyond personal or internal professional use in accordance with these terms.
11. Law and contact
French law applies, without depriving any user of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. The service is offered for professional use. Any future offer expressly opened to consumers will include the legally required withdrawal, online termination and consumer-mediation information before sale.
